Florida Keys with a Blend of Threes (“Sweepstakes”)
OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, INCLUDING CALIFORNIA AND UTAH. VOID IN PUERTO RICO. Tennessee residents can enter only by mail. Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2008 at 9:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time and ends on August 31, 2008 at 12:00 Noon Pacific Daylight Time. Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is open to legal U.S. residents 21 years of age or older at time of entry, excluding residents of California, Utah, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. territories and possessions.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of California, Utah, Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions) who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who, if entering via Internet, had Internet access prior to June 1, 2008. Employees of Folie a Deux Winery (‘Sponsor”), members of employees immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) of Sponsor, its affiliates or subsidiaries, its advertising agencies, licensed alcohol beverage retailers and wholesalers, or any other alcohol beverage licensee, and any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of this promotion are not eligible. Grand Prize winner’s travel companion(s) are required to be (21) twenty-one years of age or older as of winner notification. Entries not meeting all of the requirements stated herein will be disqualified and ineligible. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. 3. ENTRIES. For Internet entry: Go to www.menageatroiswines.com and look for the Sweepstakes entry icon. Follow the instructions to enter the Sweepstakes. (Tennessee residents can enter only by mail.) One entry per person, e-mail address, or household. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. Authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like means to enter the Sweepstakes will void all entries affected by such methods. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for unauthorized human intervention, phone, technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures, malfunctions or disconnects of any kind, or misdirected, illegible, incomplete, stolen, garbled, fragmented or delayed internet/e-mail computer transmissions or network/ISP/website internet accessibility; or for inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete capture of entry information. For entry by US Mail. Enter by printing your name, address, telephone number and date of birth on a 5”x 3” index card and mail to: Folie a Deux Sweepstakes, Program ID SHWFDKEYS, PO Box 426008, Del Rio, Texas 78842-6008. Tennessee residents can enter only by mail. One entry per person, per address, per envelope. Sponsor and its agencies will not be responsible for incomplete, illegible, lost, late, postage-due, misdirected or mutilated entries. 4. PRIZE(S). One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing on or about September 20, 2008. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging organization. Odds of winning the Grand Prize are determined by the number of eligible entries received. The Grand Prize includes: A four day, three night stay for the winner and two friends to Key West, Florida for a carefree island vacation. Trip consists of coach airfare for winner and two traveler companions from a major airport near winner’s residence to an airport near Miami, FL, two double accommodation rooms at a hotel selected by Sponsor, and $1,000.00 in American Express checks for the winner to cover ground transportation and other expenses excluding any alcoholic beverages. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) $5,000.00. Any expenses not mentioned are the sole responsibility of the winner. Trip must be completed by December 31st, 2009. Trip accommodations subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. Winner may pick dates of travel but the Sponsor reserves the final right of refusal. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with another prize of comparable or greater value if the intended prize is not available for any reason as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. 5. GENERAL: Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or certified mail. Grand Prize winner and travel companions will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return it within 7 days of attempted delivery or an alternate winner may be selected. Grand Prize winner and travel companions hereby consent to the use of their names, voices and/or likenesses by the Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional compensation unless otherwise prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or illegible information. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final in all respects. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants and winner release Sponsor and its parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of the Sweepstakes from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Sweepstakes and/or use of the prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, damage or loss. 6. WINNER LIST: The name of the winner will be available at: www.menageatroiswines.com on or about October 20, 2008. Sweepstakes is sponsored by Folie a Deux Winery, St. Helena, CA (the “Sponsor”).
